Catering to a range of ages and abilities, we have classes ranging from strength-based through to wellness aimed at training your mind as well as the body.

45 minutes | All levels
High-energy class that involves stationary cycling on specially designed bikes in a group setting. These classes offer cardiovascular benefits, lower-impact exercise, leg strength and endurance, and a full-body workout. They provide a motivating and supportive environment, often accompanied by music, for participants of all levels.
45 minutes | Low intensity
A gentle stretch class for all levels of flexibility.
45 minutes | Low-medium intensity
This class uses weight plates and a bar to focus on building muscle and learning correct form..
45 minutes | Medium-high intensity
High energy and fast-paced, move your way around different exercise stations, performing each exercise as many times as possible in a set time.

Aqua is low-impact, high-energy workouts conducted in water. Participants perform a variety of aerobic, strength, and flexibility exercises. The water provides resistance and reduces stress on the joints, making it suitable for all levels. Benefits include improved cardiovascular health, muscle strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Certified instructors lead the classes, which are accompanied by music for a fun and motivating experience.
A strength-training workout that uses barbells and adjustable weights to target all major muscle groups, emphasising high repetitions and low weights for muscle endurance and toning.
A 45-minute mind-body workout designed to improve strength, mobility and happiness. Slow, simple movements tone your abs, glutes, back, and hips.
A high-intensity interval training with minimal rest periods to build cardiovascular fitness while improving strength, building lean muscle and maximizing calorie burn.
A high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness, and build lean muscle. These classes incorporate exercises like barbell, weight plate, and bodyweight movements to challenge all major muscle groups.
30 minutes | Medium-high intensity
This is a short class perfect to fill your lunch break with a mix of interval and strength training.
45 minutes | All levels
Best suited to those over 55, but open to everyone. Our Gold classes are 3 days per week at 8am and include Circuit, Aqua, Yoga and Active Ball.

A family-based fitness class, with children of all ages welcome. This is a class where the kids can get involved to do their own thing while the adults get in a killer strength or cardio workout.

Incorporates elements of boxing training into a high-intensity workout. It is a non-contact form of exercise that combines boxing-inspired movements with aerobic and strength training exercises. Participants engage in a variety of boxing techniques. The routines are typically set to energetic music and include intervals of cardio exercises, bodyweight exercises, and core strengthening movements.
45 minutes | Low intensity
Yoga combines physical postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and mindfulness to promote overall well-being. Physical postures are performed in a flowing and mindful manner, synchronising movement with breath. The practice emphasises balance, flexibility, strength, and body awareness. A range of styles of yoga exist, ranging from gentle and restorative to more dynamic and vigorous practices.
45 minutes | Medium-high intensity
Experience a dance fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance movements and aerobic exercises. Zumba classes are known for their high-energy and infectious atmosphere. The workouts feature a variety of dance styles, including salsa, cumbia and more. Participants follow the instructor’s lead and engage in choreographed dance routines.
