A high-intensity interval training with minimal rest periods to build cardiovascular fitness while improving strength, building lean muscle and maximizing calorie burn.

  • GRIT™

A high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness, and build lean muscle. These classes incorporate exercises like barbell, weight plate, and bodyweight movements to challenge all major muscle groups.
