Tegan Cox – Health Club Coordinator

I grew up in Singleton and am mother to four children, Isabel, Justin, Xavier and Zander. I became interested in fitness when I was 19, using the gym as a way to become fitter and stronger while building more confidence. After having my first child, I decided I wanted to pursue a career in Fitness.

Whilst being an all-rounder in group fitness, Yoga planning and delivery is my passion and strength. I enjoy implementing my own strength and flexibility training, as well as motivating and helping our members to be happy, healthy and achieve their goals.
