Teen Gym

Teen gym is specially designed group fitness classes for teens aged 11 – 15 years. It provides an introduction to the gym and fitness. All sessions are supervised by Qualified Gym Trainers to teach machine training and workout techniques to build strong and confident young people in our gyms.

  • Exercise develops muscular strength and  strong bones. It helps with Brain Health and improved memory
  • Exercise plays a vital role in social, emotional, physical and cognitive development • Helps improve communication and  negotiation skills
  • Increase energy levels and aid in weight loss
  • Small supervised group sessions with one of our qualified gym trainers
  • Active Kids Vouchers accepted for a minimum join of 8 weeks

Access to these Classes are for MEMBERS Only.  Family Membership, Squad Membership and Teen  Gym Membership included.
