Our fully equipped childcare facility is designed to assist parents and guardians in pursuing their recreational and fitness interests at Singleton Gym & Swim with peace of mind knowing that your child is being taken care of in a safe, supportive, well equipped environment.
Overseen by fully qualified childcare staff, our childcare facility operates for children ages 6 weeks to 8 years old. This service is available to our members and casual visitors, simply book your child’s spot at reception or via our Active World app.
First Session: 9:00am – 10:30am Monday – Friday
Second Session: 10:30am – 12:00pm Monday – Friday
Ages: Children aged 6 weeks to 8 years old.
Cost: $9.50 per child
Enrolment: An enrolment must be completed prior to your child’s first visit to our childcare facility. The information as part of the enrolment authorises childcare staff to act in case of emergency and gives the centre important information regarding medical issues, allergies or custody details. Your child’s safety is our highest concern.
Booking & payment: Bookings can be made 8 days in advance, with payment made at the time of booking.
Conditions: Please note parents must remain at the venue while the child is in Childcare.

Hayley
Creche Coordinator
Hayley has worked here at the Gym & Swim for 10 years. The past 12 months she has been the Creche Coordinator, planning activities & implementing them into our routine in Creche which caters for children 6 weeks- school age. Hayley has a childcare qualification and a background working in a centre.
Vanessa
Childcare Attendant
Vanessa has been a valuable member of the Singleton Swim and Gym since 2025, working in our fantastic crèche. With a Masters degree in Primary Education, she brings a wealth of knowledge, care, and experience to her role, ensuring every child feels safe, engaged, and nurtured. Outside of work Vanessa enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and loves to travel whenever she gets a chance. Her warm personality and professional background makes her a favourite among both children and parents.
Kristy
Childcare Attendant
Kristy is relatively new to the Gym & Swim team, working in Creche and as a GOswim teacher. She has a childcare qualification and comes from a childcare background.
Reshaye
Childcare Attendant
Reshaye has worked here at the Gym & Swim for 6 years, both as a Learn to Swim teacher, and a Lifeguard as well as in Creche.
