A little bit about me
I am 22 years Old, and have grown up within Singleton since the age of 5. I have always loved all things Sport, Health and Fitness, understanding the importance and benefits of living an active and healthy lifestyle. I enjoy challenging myself and others both physically and mentally in order to achieve their goals. Having two parents that grew up competing at a high level within their respective sports, then going on to work within the health and fitness sector has definitely influenced my passion within this area. My hobbies include Golf, Skiing (Water), the beach and reading the latest literature to ensure I can provide the best evidence-based practices to my athletes and clients.
My passion and specialty is in the design and implementation of effective programs for a range of sporting populations, including strength and conditioning components, injury prevention and rehabilitation. I enjoy working with all clientele, sharing my knowledge in order to promote healthier lifestyle habits, and helping to motivate them to reach their goals.
